On the day of your appointment

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your service.

Cancellations

Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice. First-time clients to the salon should call back to confirm their appointment with the appointment desk the day before their appointment.

Gratuities

Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. However, all tipping must be done in cash; tips cannot be added onto credit card charges. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.

Method of payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex, cash or debit cards. No personal checks.

Sit, sip some tea, take in the views. Breakfast, lunch, tea (and in between) can be enjoyed in the café before or after your service, or brought down to you in the salon. Our ingredients are the freshest available (and organic whenever possible). We offer sandwiches, salads, snacks, blended juices, lattes, Marriage Freres Teas, and scrumptious sweets (featuring some pretty famous macaroons). Yum.
