pros:

I like to use this the day after I have styled, to revive and smooth out any rogue curls and refresh my style. Use just a teeny bit, though, and spread it out all over your fingertips/palms, or you may end up too greasy.

I like the way this product separates and defines my hair. I like to mix it with styling creme. And, it's not too heavy, but just the right hold for my hair.

pros:

I really love this product! I really don't do my hair (my hair type is natural curl when it wants to be)- I just kind of let it do it's thing, so usually put this product in when my hair is almost dry and it works wonders- gives me that kind of slept in look while helping with frizz!! Only thing is you really can't use much or your hair looks a little too oily :(

pros:

It is certainly a unique product and is good for a number of uses. I have tried it while my hair is wet (before styling), wet to air dry, and dry to keep control of the ends after a few days of no washing. The thing I like about it is that it gives it a sexy piecy-ness which makes your hair look like it is meant to be that way, rather than you haven't washed a day or two and slept on it. I definetely recommend this for a number of uses. You also only need SUCH A SMALL AMOUNT that this will last you a long time.

Brilliantine

pros:

I always like having shiny hair and search for products to make my hair shine. Mostly I use Briliantine after BB Prep and before I blow dry to add shine to my style. In the dry, static winter in NY though I also use it as a final touch to my style to calm the out of control fly away hair caused by blow drying.

pros:

This product is super fun, adding lots of "brilliantine" shine to your hair. Works awesome and like all B & B products--it is great. However, this product should be used very lightly at first until you figure out how much works best for you. Too much makes your hair greasy. Once you find the right amount let your hair shine!

Brilliantine is the type of product where a little goes a long way. Definitely start out with a small amount like other reviews say. When you do find your perfect amount, Brilliantine adds shine and softness and smells awesome. I have lots and and lots of thick, straight hair and I add Brilliantine to the ends of my hair and it adds really wonderful soft texture and shine and tames the dryness of my ends. It is an oil based product so I steer clear of using it towards my scalp as it can make your hair a little greasy.
