pros:
I use this about twice a week when I shampoo, and it cleanses without irritating my scalp. I only need to lather and rinse once, and it does a great job of removing product buildup.

Love the Bumble and Bumble products! I moved away from my Salon that sold this product exclusively! 6 years later I am reunited and can't believe I waited this long to order online!!! I am an everyday user, I do highlights and nothing treats my hair better than the Gentle products!!! Worth every penny to me!

I absolutely love the Gentle line! After highlighting, everyday washing and damage from running a mud run - Nothing has brought my hair back from ruin than these products! It is worth every penny and I will never go elsewhere!!!

pros:
Bumble & Bumble Gentle Shampoo is the only shampoo I will use. I've used every salon shampoo on the market but B&B Gentle Shampoo is far superior. I've been using Gentle Shampoo & Rich Conditioner for a few years and can say my hair has never been healthier or looked better!

pros:
This product doesn't dry the hair out too much. It's gentle enough to get the job done, but doesn't strip your hair every piece of moisture it has. I use it every other day and in between clarifying washings.

pros:
Great for daily shampoo users. My hair is oily on top and dry on the bottom from heat styling. Somehow manages to balance out my oil and the dryness without weighing it down. I've got a dozen shampoo bottles in the shower and this is the only one I ever use. I keep hoping someone else in the family will empty the others so I don't ever have to use something else!

I have typically loved Bumble and bumble products and have found them worth the cost, but the Gentle shampoo and matching (Super Rich) conditioner were very disappointing. At first my hair felt soft and smooth, but after a couple uses my hair became very dry and flat and I started experiencing a lot of breakage. After about 3 weeks of use, I gave the remainder of my bottles to my fiancee who loves it.All and all, this was much too harsh for my fine hair.

I have the set of Gentle Shampoo and Rich Conditioner and I had high hopes. I love the smell and the salon told me it was amazing... well, I used it for about a week and hated it. My hair looked weighed down and dirty all the time.I noticed it on the second day, but thought maybe my hair just needed to adjust to something new. Well, by the next week, I bought something else because my hair just looked back.I have fine hair, so finding something isn't always easy... I just wish I didn't have to spend $50 to find out that this product wouldn't work for me.
