pros:
This is an excellent shampoo.My hair is damaged as i straight twice a week.The more I use this moisturizing shampoo, the silkier my hair becomes and on top of that i used conditioner. I am impressed, as I have never found a shampoo that works so well to bring my hair back to life. GREAT PRODUCT THAT IS WELL WORTH THE PRICE!!

I love this shampoo! Just a tiny amount adequately cleans my long, curly hair. Using this and the conditioner, my hair is easier to comb through after washing and makes my hair feel sooo soft. I love the smell too!

for curly hair

My stylist recommended the creme de coco shampoo for me, and I have thick, curly hair. The quality of this shampoo is most obvious when I wear my hair curly, because the curls are defined rather than frizzy. I use this shampoo with the curl creme. I can definitely tell the difference between this shampoo and cheap shampoo, and my sister has even noticed the difference on me.I like that this shampoo (along with heat protection) also works well when I straighten my hair. The coconut smell is another plus. The only drawback I can think of is the price. I guess you get what you pay for.

This shampoo is fabulous! I am Italian and have a problem with oil control and I always though that I couldn't use a moisturizing shampoo for that reason. This shampoo has proven me wrong! It does a fabulous job of providing moisturize from my scalp to ends. It doesn’t leave any excess build-up or residue and allows me to go 2-3 days before having to wash again. Added bonus is the smell! It doesn’t have that cheap and overbearing coconut smell but rather is very fresh, clean, and feminine smell. In combination with other B+B products my hair always smells so nice and all the scents compliment each other well!

I would have given the highest ratings for this shampoo, but the last bottle I bought recently doesn't seem to be the same recipe that I have been using for the past 8+ years.The fragrance is different--less coconutty, the feel of it--less creamy, and the results--less body and manageability :-(I'm saddened because I had loved this shampoo. I mean, really loved it. No other compared.What happened?

I'm a licensensed cosmetologist & esthetician, and can access hair care produces at professional prices, but after trying Bumble & Bumble Creme de Coco shampoo (and conditioner), I was SOLD! I don't mind paying full retail for it! I'd decided to remove the black coloring from my hair (I'm half Asian) and go softer & lighter as the greys have taken over, and that rendered my hair in a dryer state that no other professional product could remedy, and I tried so many, many high-end brands. This Bb Creme de Coco formula impressed me immeasurably after just the 1st use! I couldn't believe my hair felt completely normal, balanced, and totally devoid of any dryness! It didn't render my hair feeling greasy or over-moisturized, and my hair is a fine texture. The lather was creamy and easy to distribute and rinsed easily. I couldn't be happier with the discovery of this awesome hair-care product. I also added the Brilliantine into my regimen for a more separated, texturized look, and just a small amount does an excellent job. In summary, I'M HOOKED! In my 28 years of being a styling and testing every product out there in "Hair Retail World", I've finally found the Champion Performer when it comes to cleansing and styling my hair! How comforting to know I only have to log onto this site when I run low on these favorite products, and they're delivered to my door. I'm one happy stylist with great looking, HEALTHY hair! Voila! My search for the solution to my dry-ish hair is over. And it's pretty doggone nice on Normal hair, too! Look no further if you have a bit of dryness. You won't be disappointed; I guarantee! I say this Creme de Coco is good for curl maintenance & enhancement because curl is enhanced when hair has the ability to make curl formations, and hair that's not soft & moist isn't as pliable and doesn't bend and make formations as easily as hair that doesn't have the moisture balance that curl requires. It's logical if you think about it.
