pros:

My hair was extremely dry and damaged. It was falling out due to stress. I tried every salon product under the sun. Some things helped a little but nothing made it better. Finally, my stylist recommended that I not wash my hair as much and suggested the B & B powder. When I was on-line I did some exploration and decided to try the quenching shampoo and conditioner. Seriously. It was like night and day. Immediately I felt a change in my hair and within a month, my hair was pretty much back to normal. Even though this was quite awhile ago, I continue to use the quenching line. My hair has gotten dryer over the years and this product seems to keep it soft and moist. This stuff works wonders and I would highly recommend it!
