pros:
This product is a great multi-tasker. It works great for styling curls, and it's a good body builder for heat styling. When using this on my curly days, I tend to just scrunch this into my wet hair and then let it air dry. When heat styling my hair, I work it mainly into the roots as a volumizing agent. This works great on strands, too, especially if you're planning to use a curling iron and want to make sure that your hair holds the style.

Liked it better for short hair

pros:
I liked this product very much when my hair was shorter. Gave me ability to just spray 'scrunch' and go, but as my hair grew out I found myself skipping this and just using the Defrizz. Passed it along to my mom, whose hair is short, and she loves it for easy styling.

I use this to help me achieve my straight style. Sprayed on before blow drying, Styling Lotion keeps my fine hair soft while providing control.

pros:
This is best for spraying on dry hair before you flat iron. I don't really notice any extra benefit when I apply before blow drying.

pros:
I use this product prior to drying my hair. It adds some volume and doesn't dry out my hair but I don't really think it does what I hoped . I wanted to add more volume and help define my layers, this doesn't really accomplish that. The stylist used the styling creme on me and I felt that that did a better job.

pros:
I needed something to protect my hair before blow drying and give it some body and shine and this is perfect on those days when you have very little time. Just this product sprayed into my long, fine hair and blow dry, set with Surf Spray and I'm so happy with the shine and volume. Its something I'm convinced I'll always buy. Its nearly a relief to not have to constantly be on the *hunt* . Usually I start with Tonic (just on my scalp) and then will spray Styling Lotion from about my ears down (I have very long hair) and then add some Texture and...WOW....! This is all I need for that great volume and shine.

pros:
So far this is the best thing I've found for my fine, generally limp hair. I actually like it better than the thickening hairspray. I use it before blowdrying and I love the slight hold and the volume that it gives. It tames frizz and makes my hair more controllable as well. I've been using it for a while and absolutely love it.

pros:
This product not only added volume while styling, but reduced frizz and kept my hair in perfect condition throughout. I have thin hair, and this product deff enhances my appearance without making my hair look greasy, even after not washing my hair for a day or two. I recommend this to anyone.
