Gives great volume

pros:

This product works best when you apply to the roots first and then through the hair shaft, and letting the hair dry naturally. I have tried it and then blown dry my hair and it did not give the volume that it does if you let it air dry. I have color treated hair so it gets frizzy on the ends if it dries naturally but this product helps with the frizziness so I am able to air dry it and have very little friziness. If you have fine hair and wants lots of waves and volume I would recommend this product. I go over the hair with a curling iron to get out and frizzy pieces and then finish off with Hairdresser's oil.

pros:

This made my hair sticky and clumpy, and look oily ... it was so bad that I washed it out after an hour because I couldn't even run my fingers through my hair.I only used a tiny amount, so was shocked. May be good for thicker hair types though.

pros:

Originally, I bought this, used it, and returned it. It just wasn't what I thought. One day I watched some of the "how to" videos on B&b's website and found out I was using it all wrong. I got a sample, tried it the correct way, fell in love. I will always buy this product. Mine works best by putting it in after styling spray while damp and doing nothing for a few minutes. After about 5 min I comb it thru and style. I usually blow dry while running my fingers thru my crown and using a paddle brush to smooth the front. The volume and movement combined is amazing!

I use this product many different ways. In the summer after swimming, washing & conditioning, I add Bb texture (after Bb leave-in conditioner & Bb defrizz), put hair in a bun then hours later release the bun and have nice frizz free waves. The texture gives it hold. I also use it after washing before setting my hair in curlers. Gives my hair grippability (is that a word?). Love the texture it adds, makes hair feel thicker and makes it easy to manipulate (twist, turn, clip). Love that it gives lift at the root.

pros:

It adds texture very well. My hair is very straight and very soft, and doesn't hold a style at ALL, but the texture creme really helps give it some grip. It styles easier and stays longer. My only drawback is that I really hate crunchy hair, and this tends to make my hair crunchy if I use too much or don't distribute it evenly enough. I do love it, though, and use it frequently when curling or scrunching. I've even used it in a friend's extremely stubborn hair and it worked for her, too. :)

Love this product. I have a short pixie haircut and use just a little of this to get that sexy messy look. Works like a charm every time! Just be careful not to use too much or else your hair just looks dirty. Less is definitely more!

Great product that works well on fine hair

pros:

I was surprised at how great this works! My hair is long, very straight and fine and there aren't many products that work well for me. This one is now a staple for me as it adds great texture and hold, doesn't make my hair greasy or weigh it down and allows me to create that messy but styled look that is hard to create in fine hair.

Great volume and texture

pros:

I have very fine light blonde hair. Most products for texture either weigh it down too much, or leave it looking golden and greasy. If you build this in small amounts it gives a great matte fullness and texture. Perfect for a windblown look or to give grit for a messy updo.I pair it with a small amount of styling creme and thickening spray. Has a very nice smell as well. I am able to finger dry most of my hair with light heat and didn't need to round brush while drying except for by bangs and to smooth the front face layers.

My hair stylist used it on my hair about 3 months ago and it is the first product that I can say I LOVE! It holds my style and still looks natural. pros:

I have stubbornly straight asian hair that cannot hold a curl for five minutes. If I put it in a bun and sleep on it, it will fall straight by the time I'm done brushing my teeth in the morning.This stuff is amazing. It gives me actual waves and volume that last most of the day. Using this after a night shower and then sleeping on it looks great too. Plus it stays soft -- my hair doesn't feel like there's any product in it. I've found it works best when applied with wet hands (for better distribution) into damp hair. Don't try to heat style until it's completely dry.My mid back length hair only needs a 2-3 second squeeze worth of product. Too much will make your hair sticky and stiff. The price was scary at first, but this is the only hair product I ever use besides shampoo and I've only gone through half a large tube over the last year. Not bad.Much better than B&B Surf Spray. That has a similar effect and hold, but produces a crunchy, gritty feeling.
